Is the free account really free?
Yes. Signing up asks for no card. You can design with every option and see the live preview. Saving to your account, copying and downloading need a paid plan.
What does a team plan include?
Three staff signatures, unlimited edits and exports, shared brand locks and invite links. Extra seats are CAD $1/month or $12/year, on the same billing interval as your plan.
What counts as a seat?
Each staff profile you create uses one seat, whether or not that person has accepted an invite. Removing a profile frees its seat for someone else.
Do you install signatures for my team?
No. Each person pastes their signature into their own email app. We give clear instructions for each app; we don't connect to your email system.
Will it look right in Outlook?
Signatures are built from email-safe tables and inline styles with hosted images, the format email apps handle most reliably. Some apps may still round or simplify small details.
What happens if my plan lapses?
Your saved signatures and team stay in your account but become read-only until the plan is active again.
