The service

HB Signature Studio is operated by Heywood & Beaudry Creative Inc. These terms describe use of the signature design tool and team workspace. Contact marketing@heywoodbeaudry.com with questions.

Your account and content

Keep your account credentials secure. Only upload content, logos and staff information you have permission to use. You retain your rights in your content and allow us to process and display it as needed to provide the service. Do not use the service for impersonation, unlawful content, unauthorised access or interference with other accounts.

Free preview and Studio

Free signup lets you try design options and preview a device-local draft. Saving signatures to your account, copying and downloading require an active paid plan or complimentary access granted by HB. Studio includes three assigned staff signatures. Extra seats and billing totals are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. A pending staff invitation reserves its assigned seat.

Billing and changes

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, before applicable taxes. Review the billing interval, total, renewal and cancellation details at checkout before subscribing. Subscription and seat changes are managed through Plan & billing when available. Complimentary access may have a seat allowance and expiry shown in the account and does not itself create a paid subscription. For billing questions or refund requests, contact support; applicable consumer rights are not excluded.

Installation and email compatibility

You and your staff install signatures in your email apps using the guides. The service does not automatically deploy signatures to mail servers or devices. Email apps can alter fonts, images and spacing; phone apps may support only text. Send test messages before use. Updating the builder does not automatically replace a signature already installed in an email app.

Availability and support

Features and availability may change. Keep copies of important exported signatures. Misuse may result in restricted access. For account, subscription or content concerns, contact support. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
