Who we are

HB Signature Studio is operated by Heywood & Beaudry Creative Inc. in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or an account deletion request, contact marketing@heywoodbeaudry.com.

Information used by the service

We process your account email and authentication information, workspace and staff profile details, signature content, uploaded images, invitations, subscription status and support correspondence. Hosting and authentication services may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to run and protect the service. Only add staff information and images you are authorised to use.

Why we use it

This information is used to sign you in, display and save signatures where your plan permits, manage staff access and seat limits, provide exports, handle subscriptions, respond to support requests and prevent misuse. Workspace owners and authorised administrators can manage the staff information and shared branding in their workspace. HB support administrators can access account and workspace information to provide support and manage service access.

Device drafts and sign-in storage

The service uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, draft signatures and checkout navigation. A free preview draft is kept in the browser on that device rather than saved as a signature in your account. Clearing browser storage may remove it. Anyone using your unlocked browser may be able to see local drafts. Signing out does not necessarily clear your draft; clear it separately on shared devices.

Service providers and payments

Lovable hosting and Supabase services support application hosting, authentication, database and image storage. Stripe processes payments when checkout is enabled; the app stores subscription and customer references rather than full payment card details. Providers process information needed to perform their services. Provider infrastructure may process information outside Canada; this service does not promise Canadian-only storage.

Images and exported signatures

Uploaded signature images intended for email use are served from public image URLs so email recipients can load them. Do not upload confidential images or documents as signature assets. Information you copy or download into an email signature is then shared with recipients through your email provider. We cannot recall copies of signatures or emails already sent.

Retention and your choices

Account, workspace and billing records are kept to operate the service and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss withdrawing consent. We will explain any information that must be retained and any effect on service access. Deleting an account does not delete copies already exported or sent in emails. Clear local drafts through your browser or the available draft controls.
