Download HTML to keep a file or share it with someone setting up your email. Open the file in a browser to copy the signature.
Choose your email app
- Choose Copy signature above.
- On your computer, open Gmail Settings, then See all settings → General → Signature.
- Create a signature, paste your design, choose the defaults for new emails and replies, then Save changes.
- Send yourself a new email and a reply to check links, images and spacing.
If you update the design later, copy and paste it into your email app again. Phone installation is separate.
Install on your phone
Use this text-only version when your mobile email app does not retain images or formatting. It keeps your details, social profile URLs and selected notices. Colours, logos, icons and dividers are omitted.
Copy and paste into your app’s signature settings. The TXT file is a transfer option: open it on your phone and copy the text. Downloading does not install it automatically. Device drafts do not sync between your computer and phone.
Send yourself a new email and a reply to check the result. Installing the desktop signature does not configure every phone app automatically.
